Yes, we do tend to associate sequins with the holidays. It does complement each other quite nicely. From tops to pants to skirts to jackets, sequins bring the sparkle to any outfit. However, sequins can be worn in any occasion.  Take for instance this off shoulder sequin dress from Eloquii.
