FABB Girls x ALDO Accessories

This past Sunday, I had the opportunity to co-host an event along with my blogger pals. It was held at ALDO Accessories located in The Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Lauren of Tickled, brought forth this group to give like-minded bloggers and industry professionals a way to share information and collaborate virtually and through an organized, member-focused program of events. I am definitely all for that!

Despite the fail of the weather (torrential downpour every hour or so...the whole day), the turnout for the event was pretty good. In fact, it was amazing; amazing to see these people took time out of their schedules and braved the weather to come to our event. I tell ya, I was so happy and grateful. Not even cramps could sour my mood. I honestly could say that every person in attendance went away with a purchased item (along with free goodie bags from ALDO Accessories and Mary Kay). That store racked up! And with great deals like an additional 30% off sale items and 20% off 3 or more full priced items, who wouldn't go insane in there? I, too, came away with some items: a studded mint green clutch and a pair of floral earrings. When I noticed the earrings in the store and how it complement my outfit, I nicely took off the earrings I had on and replaced them with the ALDO ones. Speaking of outfit, here's what I wore:

Vest: Old Navy, Bag/Brooch: Thrift, Dress/Heels: Avenue, Bracelet: Charming Charlie, Watch: Michael Kors
