Dia & Co

dc plus size style

Want a chance to receive free clothing? Sure you do.

But first, let me tell you more about Dia & Co.

Prior to partnering with them for this giveaway, I've heard only good things about Dia & Co. It's a personal styling service that caters to women in sizes 14 and up. Their concept is to take out all of the hassle of shopping and doing it for you, thanks to their stylist experts. Once the expert figures out your style based on the results of a completed survey, you'll be sent a box containing five (5) clothing items. The survey covers everything from your type of style to what trend you like to even your price point. The cost is $20 styling fee for each box.

Here's my take on the items I received:

Merri Skye Ella Printed Kimono
You know my love for printed kimonos will never go away.
This one is different from my usual collection, though.
It's cropped in the front and longer in the back.
I got myself a keeper.

Molly & Isadora Penelope Colorblock Dress
While the colors are beyond pretty, this dress isn't for me.
The fit was so off.
On my body, it's more of a babydoll style which reads young.
This is where my styling kicked into high gear.
Tried my best to present a grown look.

Taylor Plus Carly Striped Crepe Slip Dress(last worn here)
At first, I wasn't feeling this dress. Mainly because it was sleeveless.
But I do really need to get over the whole 'exposed arms' thing.
Once I got past that, the dress grew on me.
You can't go wrong with blue/white stripe.
And it's great for layering. Just top it off with a cropped denim jacket or girly cardigan.

RWN by Rawan Limited Edition Reprisal Wash Jeans
(last worn here)
My absolute favorite!
Now, I have a new brand to stalk and rack up my denim collection.
This pair of jeans fit me like a glove.
It's the right amount of stretch and comfort.
Fun Fact: Founder of RWN by Rawan is Rawan Ghawi, former head of Forever 21 Plus division.

As you can see, there were some hits and misses in my box. But the great thing about Dia & Co is you can keep the item(s) you like and send back the rest with free return. The $20 you paid for the style fee can be used as credit towards the items you decide to keep/purchase. There's a catch: you have only 5 days to try it on, choose what you like or didn't like, and return the rest. Not enough time for the whole process, in my opinion. However, I do like that you can change or pause your Dia plan at any time!

Alrighty. It's giveaway time and it's happening over on my Instagram page. Click the link to enter for a chance to win a free Dia & Co box. Remember, a box contains 5 clothing items. And it'll be yours to keep for free!

Not too shabby.
