Matching in the Wild

Let's dive into what I wore on the #MODELTHAT DC bus tour hosted by Eloquii.

The plus size matching pant set is from, of course, Eloquii. It's rare to see me wearing pants - cropped pants, at that. But hey, I wanted to try something different. And I feel like I say this all the time when I'm wearing a matching set but the beauty of said set is the opportunity to style and wear each item separately.

The jacket is fully lined and has a bit of weight. It's perfect for the cooler seasons. Thankfully, on the day this was worn, the weather wasn't too crazy aka burning hot aka hell-ish. As for the cropped pants, the elasticized paper bag waist is such a great detail: on trend (if you're into that sorta thing) yet comfortable.

Did I mention that I also wore this to a wedding reception immediately after the bus tour? Just a quick change of shoes and I looked like a stylish wedding guest.
