Ann Taylor + Lost Society

Summary: To celebrate the launch of their new concept store in DC, Ann Taylor organized a private event at the Lost Society. Jill Hudson of Washingtonian Magazine was the event's co-host (Had a great picture of her but it came out blurry. Grrr). Vital Voices Global Partnership was the main partner with the event, as well. In between checking out the venue for the first time (Well, at least for me. It's very nice!), eating delicious hors d'oeuvres, listening to great ol' school music courtesy of Broads, taking full advantage of the open bar and scoping the DC fashion scene, we also got to see various displays of Ann Taylor's holiday collection. I gotta say, AT is stepping their game up! I was really impressed with their items. I also found out that their sizes has been extended up to size 18. woop, woop!

I wore my favorite wrap dress. Purple with a dash of animal instinct. Hits right below the knee. Loves it! Believe it or not, the 'v' was a much deeper V. I had to pin that bad boy up a bit. Recently purchased the double bow peep-toe heels from Lane Bryant. Quite impressed with how comfortable it is. It runs slightly big, though, which is cool beans with me since I'm a 10W teetering on WW. I know...doesn't sound sexy.
