Last week I attended
Salon Lynne One Year Anniversary Soiree. It took place at
Hillyer Art Space. The owner of Salon Lynne is Lynne Wooden, a 16+ years beauty expert who is a hair stylist, colorist and extensionist. Not only has she worked in the entertainment industry but she is the go-to stylist for the who's who in DC, including the host of the event, TV personality
Paul Wharton. Can I just say how
jealous in awe I was of dude's hair? I mean, it was shiny and bouncy and just everything. He definitely got the crowd going with his fun personality. We enjoyed tasty treats from
Brownie Bar, drinks from
X-Rated Fusion Liquer and tunes from
DJ Mim. Finally, one of Lynne's team member, Dana, was there to give us complimentary manicures.
