I found the sleeveless black semi-sheer dress with an attached chain belt at my local thrift store. Without the belt, the dress becomes a simple black dress. But the chain belt instantly gives the dress a little bit more pizzazz. And that's pretty much the main reason why I bought it. Great for work and then grabbing a quick bite with a blogger friend (which I did that day).
Just realized that the chain belt plays off with the chain links on the sandals.
